About Your Role

The G&A team works closely with business leaders as well as sales, business development, project management, product, engineering and human resources teams to ensure support and smooth operation of all the departments and subsidiaries.

As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to clients and colleagues, so they can make informed business decisions. Those services will support our team worldwide.

Primary Responsibilities for this position

  • Collate, prepare and interpret reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
  • Monitor and interpret income, cash flows and expenditure and predict future trends
  • Research and analyze pricing, competitors and market trends that could affect performance
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Develop and manage budgets
  • Develop trends and projections for Veniam’s finances
  • Undertake strategic analysis and assist with strategic planning
  • Develop a dashboard and monitoring company KPIs provided by the several areas
  • Produce short, mid and long-term business plans
  • Develop and manage complex financial systems/models
  • Carry out business modelling and risk assessments
  • Communicate with managerial staff and other colleagues
  • Supervise staff
  • Remain updated on changes in financial regulations and legislation
  • Maintain the financial health of the organization

Technical Requirements

  • Experience negotiating multi-million dollar contracts with large corporations worldwide
  • Extensive business experience in fast scaling international companies, preferably venture backed startups
  • Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
  • Extensive understanding of financial world-wide trends
  • Proficient user of Financial Software, Dropbox and Google Products
  • Very Good level of English. Knowledge of other languages is nice-to-have
  • Organized, multi-tasking and detail-oriented
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • High energy, creative and kind-hearted


  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • 5+ years’ experience in finance management
