About Your Role

As Talent Acquisition Specialist and in-house recruiter, you will be responsible for building Veniam’s dream team through recruitment, selection, interviewing and hiring. In other words, you will be accountable for managing our recruitment process from end-to-end, ensuring the correct use of our applicant tracking system, and implementing our best practices. Ultimately, you will guarantee an extraordinarily positive experience for all job candidates, whether selected or not, as well as all Veniam team members involved in the process. You will also be responsible for measuring and communicating recruitment metrics and success indicators that play a crucial role in strategy and decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of Veniam’s Culture and Core Values
  • Manage and creatively contribute to the quality and efficiency of the recruitment and selection process
  • Gather recruitment needs across the company and work closely with the leadership team in the design and implementation of a recruitment plan
  • Prepare relevant information for job posting, including job descriptions, scorecards, interview plans, interview kits and provide support to hiring managers and interviewers along the way
  • Manage Veniam’s internal recruitment platform, triaging applications, screening candidates and ensuring a seamless and fluid process
  • Intensively source world-class candidates to build our dream team, including headhunting, events, incoming applications, and other initiatives;
  • Guarantee quality of job candidates’ experience and a smooth transition to the hiring process
  • Present the Employee Value Proposition and participate in contract negotiations
  • Manage Internship Programs and recruiting relationships with universities and research institutes
  • Produce quality reports and metrics to help decision-making

About You

Qualifications and other requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience, preferably scaling teams in a high-growth startup
  • BS/MA degree in Human Resources or similar
